The Integral Self-Esteem Project

Bob Mandel founded the Integral Self-Esteem Project (ISEP) in 1998 as a result of a meditation. While in deep silence, a question came to mind. “What would you do if you could do one thing to improve the world?” Immediately, the answer and mission for the project appeared-- to help raise the self-esteem of every man, woman, and child on the planet.

ISEP is a timely project, teaching children and adults to be at peace with themselves and more accepting of the differences they see in others. Through a series of 10 journeys, you learn that true self-esteem is not egotistic, but holistic and spiritual. It expands as you extend yourself in relationships. As the famous English poet John Donne wrote many centuries ago, “No man is an island, entire to himself.” Finally, your self-esteem is measured by your ability to connect with and love others, to transcend yourself and spread your light to the world.

ISEP is both a philosophy, a way of looking at life, and specific techniques for achieving greater self-awareness, spiritual development, and success. We all have unique gifts and talents, enormous potential, and the desire to help others. ISEP helps you to take your potential and put it into successful, positive action through projects that resonate to the beat of your own heart.

In 2021 self-esteem takes on new meaning. As the world spins into a deeper division and abyss, it is more important than ever to reassert the need for self-love and love of others. If we are moving towards a culture of greater fear and hate, the only alternative is to embrace a philosophy and a way of life that affirms greater love. In the past, self-esteem was valued as the foundation for personal success. Now, it is required as a solution to global stress. The time is at hand to uplift the self-esteem of the planet in 2021 and empower the human family in its entirely.

ISEP has many expressions. It moves into the world through public seminars, private sessions, schools, books and music, volunteer projects, and business trainings. To become involved, you can study and integrate the 10 journeys with a small support group or in public seminars, both of which help you discover your individual “project within”. You can also do advanced studies with Bob Mandel and become a certified leader in the project.
